- Security information: multifactor-authentication status, recovery information and passkey registration details. We do not receive the PIN, biometric data or private cryptographic key used to unlock a passkey on your device.
- Access requests: agency name, contact name, email address, optional telephone number, city and state.
- Communications: information you include when you contact us or request support.
- Authorized insurance information: policy, invoice, production, expiration and account information made available to an authenticated user for an assigned producer.
